About Me
I spent to first part of my life in Alaska, where I lived for over 30 years, surrounded by the rugged beauty and unique lifestyle of the Last Frontier. I am a husband and proud father to two wonderful children. In 2015 my family and I moved to Arizona, where we’ve since found a new senses of home and community. I’m grateful for the journey that brought us here and proud to call Arizona our home.
My Expierence
2002 – Beginnings in Construction
Started my construction career in 2002, working in commercial construction for five years. During this time, I was a journeyman carpenter with Carpenters Local 1281 in Anchorage, Alaska. I earned multiple certifications including OH 101 Fall Protection, Scaffold Erection and Use, Aerial Lifts, and Rough Terrain Forklifts.
2007 – Transition to Residential Construction
While taking on residential “side jobs” during weekends, I discovered a passion for residential construction. I made the decision to leave the union and accepted a role as a lead door installer with a major builder supply company in Anchorage. During this period, I became certified through Installation Masters in window and door installations.
2009 – First Business Venture in Alaska
My growing side business evolved into a full-time venture. I founded my first residential construction company, which I successfully operated in Alaska for six years, specializing in home remodeling and repairs.
2015 – Relocation to Arizona
In 2015, my family and I relocated to Arizona. As a newcomer to the area, I joined a nationwide door and window company, where I worked as a lead installer for six years. My dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Production Manager, where I was also appointed head of the Training Department. I developed and launched a comprehensive training program that was adopted at a national level.
2024 – Return to Entrepreneurship
Driven by my passion for hands-on residential remodeling and serving the local community, I relaunched my own company in February 2024. Today, I am a licensed, bonded, and insured general remodeling contractor in Arizona with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
